Full-Time Private Care
The Nurse Leader will be dedicated to you. You will be their primary client and, except for emergencies or planned time off, you will always know who you will see for assessments, appointments, etc. They will lead a care team that fully supports you and maintains alignment across your care plan.
Package of Hours
There are several tiers of support, starting with a quarterly access fee that provides a set number of hours per month. Choose what is right for you or your loved one based on the current health situation.
Hourly
Use Nuvera Care Partners only when needed. Start with an assessment, then use the Nuvera experts as needed.
Optional Aspects of Care
As requested, Nuvera Care Partners can manage, schedule, and pay on your behalf.
Skilled Care
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) can assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as self care, toileting and making beds. This team can provide light housekeeping as well as help your loved one eat meals.
Companion Care
This group of people has a lot of love to give. They are passionate about the elderly and want to continue to provide the dignity and time they deserve. This may entail talking, playing a game, or watching TV or whatever your loved one enjoys doing. Think of it as a friend that always lets you choose the activity and is never late.
Transportation
It is tough to get your loved ones where they need to be when you live far away, are at work, or are somehow committed elsewhere. Nuvera Care Partners can help. We can either provide transportation to and from an appointment or accompany them to places such as the grocery store.
